Dallas Area Network for Teaching and Education

Summer 2009

The Dallas Area Network for Teaching and Education [DANTE], a project within the Department of Education at the University of Dallas, is committed to supporting the growth and continuing formation of good teachers. To this end, DANTE offers courses at reduced tuition rates to teachers and seminars, workshops, in-service, and web resources to schools.  During the summer, DANTE offers courses principally for individuals striving to meet the education requirements for teaching in Catholic Schools in Texas. While these courses are designed to serve teachers in the Catholic schools, they are open to anyone with at least a bachelor's degree who is interested in either a) seeking initial Catholic or Texas teacher certification or b) improving current teaching skills.
