About Mrs. Briskey!
Welcome students and parents! I will take this opportunity to share my background with you. I graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in Business Administration and then received an Master in Business Administration from Loyola College in Baltimore. I worked in the business world for seven years. After the birth of my two sons, I decided to leave the business world and stay home to care for my sons. Upon my desire to return to the work force, I decided to follow my passion and become certified to teach. I received full teacher certification for 4-8 math from the University of Dallas in 2007 and have been employed in LISD at Downing Middle School since that date.
