Reviewing the PowerPoint Presentations
 

Please rate the presentation of each PowerPoint using the criteria rubric below.  For each criterion, use the dropdown box on the right to select the performance rating that best matches your assessment of the presentation with respect to that criterion.  It is recommended that you offer additional comments for each criterion in the textbox provided.  The box will expand as needed to accommodate comments of greater length.  When you have completed filling out this form, please click the submit box at the end of the form. Presenters will receive all ratings and comments submitted about his/her presentation; however, names will be removed from the ratings/comments.  These forms must be submitted during the time period during which the presentation is made.

Presenter knows information well enough to respond comfortably to questions and to add additional information. PowerPoint supports but does not distract from objectives...supports in a conceptually appropriate way the information communicated.  Maintains time allotment (15 minutes) Presentation is somewhat practiced and engaging.  Students ask questions and during presentation. Presenter answers questions generally.  PowerPoint supports presentation  objectives...supports in a conceptually appropriate way the information communicated.  There are some distractions with inappropriate elements or "hard-to-see" features). Maintains time allotment.  Presentation script is read with little evidence of practice.  Students ask few questions  during presentation.  PowerPoint components distract from objectives...using conceptually inappropriate elements with the information. Time allotment is not appropriately used.
