Sthenelus

Sthenelus is the son of Perseus and Andromeda.  He married Nicippe, a daugther of Pelops.  She bore him Eurystheus, Alcyone and Medusa.  When his brother, Electryon, was killed by his son-in-law Amphitryon,  Stheneleus claimed the throne.  He then subsequently banished Amphitryon, the future father of Heracles.  He invited his brothers-in-law Atreus and Thyestes into his kingdom, after they were banished from Pisa.  After the death of his son Eurystheus, Atreus became ruler of Mycenae.
