Hestia

A daughter of Cronus and Rhea, Hestia is the goddess of the hearth.  In mythology, she is barely personified, with no major myths involving her at all.  In fact, although a principal goddess, she is not even a member of the twelve Olympians.

The Romans identified Hestia with their Vesta, the goddess of the hearth.  Her sacred hearth in Rome was tended by the Vestal Virgins.
