PallasPallas was the leader of the Arcadians during the war between Aeneas and Turnus. His father Evander was too old to fight, and so Pallas led the Arcadians in his place. During the war, Pallas and Aeneas become close friends. Later, he was killed by Turnus, who claimed Pallas' armor as his prize. It was seeing this armor of Pallas on Turnus which resulted in Aeneas killing Turnus at the end of the Aeneid. Source(s):
