Tullia

The daughter of Servius Tullius and husband of Tarquinius Superbus.  She was terribly ambitious, and in fact murdered her first husband to marry the equally ambitious Tarquin.

She was responsible for goading her husband Tarquin into killing her father Servius Tullius.  After he was dead, she purposefully ran over his corpse with her carriage.
