Amulius

He drove his brother Numitor into exile from the throne of Alba Longa.  Fearing a revolt, he then killed Numitor's sons.  Numitor's daughter, Rhea Silvia, he made a Vestal Virgin, so that she would not have children.  When she did, he had her buried alive.  Her son, Romulus, eventually killed Amulius and restored Numitor to the throne.
